DayOne Fit Return & Exchange Policy

At DayOne Fit, we want you to love your purchase and wear it with confidence.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed.
  • Have original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
  • Be returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item marked Final Sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
